Sales Coordinator (Based in Shah Alam)

Job Description

1. Responsible for assisting the Sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales target to meet Company’s short and long term objectives and to ensure every implementation and execution of assigned tasks are performed according to Company Values.
2. To prepare and then follows up on any sales quotations made for customers, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
3. To provide good customer service to customers by liaise with different departments to ensure everything is carried out as required.
4. To ensure all orders are processes in timely manner.
5. To ensure proper recording of necessary data and ensure all documents are filled properly as required.
6. To work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
2. Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
3. At least 1 year working experience as supportive role.
4. Have experience in customer services.
5. Must be computer literate and good in MS Office.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Possess positive working attitude, co-ordinate and work independently.
8. Can work under fast pace environment.
