Full Time (Selangor)
– Manage all incoming and outgoing documents and filing.
– Provide secretarial and administrative works relating when assigned by the superiors
– Book meeting rooms and schedule appointments
– Prepare Purchase Order (PO) for supplier
– Prepare reports and claims
– Other ad hoc task as assigned from superior
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management or equivalent.
– Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field, preferably with project development and planning
– Preferably with good planning, analytical, problem solving and time management skills
