Assistant, Admin (HIRED)

• Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Redirect phone calls to the appropriate person/department and take down messages.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries as soon as possible after receipt. Acknowledge and record receipt in the system/ Courier consignment notes.
• Manage outgoing mails and deliveries.
• Maintain reception area, meeting rooms, and training rooms. Ensure front desk and rooms are always tidy and presentable.
• Maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk and visitor logbook.
• Verification of monthly despatch and courier consignment notes before processing payment.
• Clerical and administrative tasks i.e. Data entry & filing and other ad-hoc duties as required.

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM / Diploma / Professional Certificate in any field.
• Self-motivated, pro-active, and strong communication skills.
• Good team player and possess a good working attitude.
• Good customer service skills.
• Computer and basic Microsoft skills.
