Working location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Work days: Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:30pm)
Job descriptions:

  • Administer Standard Selling Price on system 在系统上管理标准售价
  • Manage Stock Availability 管理库存可用性
  • Create customer order in system 在系统中创建客户订单
  • Create picking list and Delivery Order for warehouse and Invoicing 为仓库和发票创建领料单和交货单
  • Purchase Standard and OEM Products 购买标准和 OEM 产品
  • Supports stock take 协助清点存货
  • Import of Goods 处理货物进口
  • Admin-Freight & Purchase Invoices 管理货运和采购发票
  • Match all supplier invoices with purchase order 将所有供应商发票与采购订单匹配
  • Ensure all products are taken into MYOB system & delivered to respective overseas company. 确保所有产品都被纳入MYOB 系统并交付给各自的海外公司。
  • Ensure all order are invoiced once delivered 确保所有订单在交付后都开具发票

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experiences
  • Good command of Chinese & English
  • Personality – Independent, creative, enjoy working with people and able
